Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated ICU Nurse with a strong background in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU care. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) settings. This position involves providing exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients and collaborating with healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to individuals in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU.
• Assess and monitor patients’ conditions, implementing nursing plans based on clinical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Float to other units as required to support staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience, specifically in trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU settings.
• Current nursing license and a competency test will be required within 24 hours of submission.
• Navy blue scrubs are required for this position.
• Must be a local candidate; please refer to the list of ineligible counties for more details.
