What you will be doing: The Sr. SAP SD Business Process Analyst will analyze, define, and develop sales and distribution (SD) business processes within SAP ERP and CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365). Responsibilities include assessing requirements, implementing new processes, evaluating existing ones, and recommending improvements. You will partner with business owners and management on strategic initiatives, perform data analysis, and research industry best practices. Additional duties include: Develop, implement, and maintain SAP SD, LE, MM, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems Configure functions and workflows for ERP integration Define requirements, scope, and translate into solutions Collaborate with IT, external consultants, and stakeholders Create user guides, training materials, and documentation Research, troubleshoot, and resolve ERP issues Analyze business systems and workflows Support ERP ECC improvements and S/4HANA migration preparations Develop architectural and process documentation for Sales ERP, BPM, and BPML Maintain SAP ERP functional documentation What we require from you: Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience 8+ years of SAP ERP consulting, development, and operation experience, focusing on manufacturing, machinery, or logistics 5+ years of SAP SD functional experience (pricing, order processing, ATP, billing, logistics) 2+ years of ABAP programming experience Experience with SAP S/4HANA migration and new SD functionalities Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Experience in Business Process Re-engineering in manufacturing or logistics Good communication skills (oral and written) Occasional travel may be required Certifications (Preferred): SAP ERP SD Module Certification Salary range: $98,060 to $151,008 Additional questions: Are you authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship?
