USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies. SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

Analytical Frameworks: Provides Analytical Data Framework support for Enterprise Data Science (EDS) data integration. Designs, tests, publishes, and maintains an analytical data framework in support of USSTRATCOMs EDS capability. Provides a defined process for data collection, cleaning, transformation, analysis, and visualization, ensuring consistency and reliability in results. Collects, analyzes, and incorporates data to extract valuable insights and inform decision-making within program. Enforces standards for data quality, access control, and documentation to ensure data integrity and reliability. Provides support for the full range of planning and implementation of governance training and algorithmic models for data, AI, and ML. Support the development of advanced data science algorithms (such as predictive analysis, ML algorithms, AI, and other data science methods) as analytic solution sets for the warfighter. Contributes to monthly emerging technology papers and briefings.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED:

• BA/BS (or equivalent experience), 8+ years of experience

• Security Clearance Level: Top Secret with SCI eligibility

• Required Certifications: ITIL 4 Foundation; Cloud+ or GICSP or SSCP or Security+ or GSEC

• Location: Offutt AFB, NE

Salary and Benefit Information

The likely salary range for this position is $148,750 - $201,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
