As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to an inclusive environment for all employees and patients./ph3Day in the Life of an Assistant Program Supervisor/h3ulliCreates and fosters an environment that supports Crossroads Mission and Inspire Culture/liliSupports and reinforces Crossroads policies and procedures/liliAssists Program Supervisor with the achievement of Crossroads 4 main KPIs: Census, Attrition, EBITDA and NPS/liliProactively partner with Program Supervisor and Human Capital Business Partner on employee relations matters/liliPartners with Program Supervisor in conducting interviews for open positions/liliAssists with the onboarding and acclimation of new Crossroads team members, including review of job description, associate handbook, new hire policies, etc./liliPartners with Program Supervisor to monitor team performance and compliance, and assist with staff training/liliCreates schedules and approves timecards for teammates at assigned centers/liliPerforms front office responsibilities, including but not limited to Check-in and Check-out, vitals and urine toxicology/liliEnsure labs are completed in a timely manner and sent to the appropriate lab/liliReconciliation of payments and transportation of deposits to bank/liliPrimary point of contact for all patient concerns and escalation to Program Supervisor/liliMaintaining patient insurance information and facilitate conversations regarding insurance concerns/liliOrdering and maintaining all supplies for assigned center(s)/liliCommunicate necessary changes with team and ensure changes are implemented timely and effectively/liliComplete and facilitate performance evaluations with the assistance of the Program Supervisor/liliOngoing evaluation of staffing needs and escalation of needs to Program Supervisor/liliAvailable and onsite during hours of center operations/liliAssists Support Departments as needed/li/ulh3Education and Experience Requirements/h3ulliPreference given to candidates with experience working in an Office Based Opioid Treatment program and with supervisory experience. Individuals should also have experience working with individuals with substance abuse or mental health. The Program Supervisor must meet state-defined minimum licensure, education, and experience requirements./liliHighschool Diploma or GED required/li/ulh3Hours, Schedule, and Travel (if applicable)/h3pStart and end times may vary some, however, this position will work 40 hours a week with marketing and outreach efforts./pulliMust be willing to travel to all center locations.
