\n Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM

General Description:
\nWe are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Bank Teller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while performing a variety of banking transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

    \n\t
  • Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.\n\t
  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns or issues.\n\t
  • Maintain an accurate cash drawer and reconcile transactions at the end of each day.\n\t
  • Promote bank products and services, assisting customers with account inquiries and recommending appropriate solutions.\n\t
  • Ensure compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations.\n\t
  • Assist in identifying and reporting any suspicious activity or potential fraud.\n\t
  • Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and improve customer service levels.\n\t
  • Perform administrative duties as required, including filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records.\n

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework in finance or business preferred.\n\t
  • Previous experience in a customer service or banking role is a plus.\n\t
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.\n\t
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\t
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.\n\t
  • Proficient in basic computer applications and banking software.\n\t
  • Must be able to pass a background check and comply with all regulatory requirements.\n
