Nino's Italian Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced bartender to join our team. As a vital member of our establishment, the bartender will be responsible for crafting delicious beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the atmosphere of our authentic Italian restaurant. This position requires weekend availability as our busiest times fall during these hours. The work schedule for this position is from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take drink orders accurately and make knowledgeable recommendations based on customer preferences and menu offerings.
• Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beers in accordance with Nino's standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, cleaning glasses, and ensuring proper sanitation.
• Process transactions promptly and accurately, handling cash and credit card payments with integrity.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed to ensure adequate supplies.
• Engage with guests to enhance their dining experience, answering questions about menu items and providing recommendations.
• Collaborate with kitchen and serving staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of food and beverages and responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar setting.
• Extensive knowledge of beverage recipes, mixing techniques, and presentation.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
• Must be at least [legal drinking age in your region] years old.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry trays of drinks and supplies.
