What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate all 5-axis CNC milling machines and machining centers.
• Interpret blueprints, GD&T, sketches, drawings, and specifications.
• Calculate speeds, feeds, depths, and angles; program and edit CNC codes.
• Select, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and materials.
• Conduct trial runs and verify accuracy of machined parts.
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and inspectors to solve machining challenges.
• Maintain detailed documentation (shop travelers, machine logs, inspection sheets, etc.).

What We’re Looking For:

• 5–10 years of CNC machining experience (billet, castings, forgings).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of G & M codes, tool geometry, perishable tooling, and basic trig.
• Hands-on experience with all shop tools, including mills, lathes, grinders, CMMs, deburring tools, optical comparators, and profilometers.
• Ability to lift 20–50 lbs regularly or operate overhead cranes safely.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
