Job Description

Graham Technologies is seeking a Contractor & HSPD-12 Processing Specialist to support contractor, military, and HSPD-12 processing in the customer's PERSEC environment, including onboarding, PRs, CAAs, and HSPD-12 cases.

Location: Springfield, VA

Key Responsibilities:

• Support PERSEC and Contractor Processing Team programs.
• Maintain accurate, real-time data in PeopleSoft, DISS, RapBack, and SharePoint.
• Respond to security inquiries and perform repository checks.
• Assist PMs, COs, CORs, and FSOs with onboarding task order personnel.
• Coordinate with external offices (e.g., OPM) for processing actions.
• Process military orders/ATBs and PR initiations in a timely manner.
• Support Continuous Access Authorizations (CAAs).
• Respond to DISS JVS task notifications within 5 business days.
• Process HSPD-12 cases from receipt of SF-85, OF-306, and fingerprints; track submission to DCSA.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a field related to personnel security.
• 7-10 years of personnel security experience in the DoD/IC.
• Experience analyzing DISS/JPAS, Scattered Castles, NP2, eQIP, PIPS/CVS.
• Familiarity with reciprocity requirements and SEAD 7.
• Familiarity with HSPD-12

Preferred Skills:

• Experience briefing leadership and customers on program requirements and regulations.
