We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will assist in the planning, organization, and execution of diverse events — from corporate gatherings to large-scale productions. You’ll work closely with clients, vendors, and our internal team to ensure every event runs seamlessly from concept to completion.
Responsibilities
Coordinate all event logistics, including venue arrangements, décor, catering, and scheduling.
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
Oversee event timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure flawless execution.
Support event setup, operations, and post-event follow-up activities.
Collaborate with the creative and operations teams to maintain the company’s quality standards.
