Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing a variety of events including corporate meetings, conferences, retreats, and social functions. You will collaborate closely with clients, vendors, and team members to create unforgettable experiences that meet our high standards for quality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to completion.
• Manage budgets and ensure events are delivered within financial constraints.
• Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and expectations for events.
• Research, select, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers for event services.
• Create event timelines and schedules to ensure smooth execution on the day of the event.
• Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all details are as planned.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event coordination or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple events simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges.
