We’re seeking an experienced Executive Security Recruiter for a direct hire opportunity with a leading Security and Surveillance company in Calabasas. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background recruiting in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement who’s ready to make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do:
Develop and manage recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of qualified Executive Protection and Security professionals. Conduct full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Partner with leadership and internal teams to meet critical hiring goals.

What You’ll Bring:
Experience recruiting in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement (required). Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, team-oriented environment.
