Our billing department seeks a detail-oriented Insurance Verification & Authorization Specialist to work with our Kalispell team.


Job duties for this position include:

• Ensure a patient's healthcare benefits will cover treatment.
• Understand and communicate insurance coverages and policies.
• Obtain prior authorization for patient procedures.
• Work closely with insurance providers.
• Continuously learn about healthcare coverage options and benefit plans.
• Accurately document patient's insurance verification.
• Other duties may also be assigned to this post.

• Multi-task-oriented with the ability to work on a variety of projects simultaneously
• Fast-paced
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work in an office environment where team-members are also on the phones

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday, hourly position. Benefits are available.
