About the Opportunity:
Join The Water Valley Company’s dynamic team and get hands-on experience in all aspects of real estate development—from entitlements to vertical construction—across residential, retail, commercial, and industrial projects. You’ll play an active role in shaping Cascadia , our ambitious 1,000-acre master-planned community in Greeley, Colorado.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare development packages, schedules, and professional presentation materials
Assist in tracking project budgets, timelines, and key deliverables
Help compile entitlement, permitting, and due diligence documentation
Organize and maintain digital and physical project files
Support planning, research, and analysis across multiple phases of development
Contribute to financial modeling, market research, and feasibility studies
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented individual who’s eager to learn and grow in the real estate industry. You’ll start with 15–20 hours per week working on-site at our office, with opportunities to expand as you gain experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
No prior real estate experience required—just a passion to learn
Compensation:
$25.00 per hour
