About the Role We’re hiring a Senior Graphic Designer & Illustrator to elevate our creative output and help scale Graza through its next chapter of growth. Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will contribute to building and protecting our visual identity, supporting product and brand campaign launches, and creating consistent, high-quality creative across all channels — from packaging and retail displays to digital campaigns and brand storytelling. What You\'ll Do: Concept, design, and illustrate for a wide range of brand channels, including: Digital: social media, lifecycle/email, website, paid advertising Physical: packaging, print collateral, retail displays, OOH, event materials, merch Lead and contribute to creative concepting across product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives Provide creative ownership and design direction in reviews — ensuring clarity, consistency, and craft across all outputs Own the development and evolution of Graza’s brand illustration library — a key brand asset as we scale Collaborate with the Graza team, agency partners, and production vendors to execute on all design requests — including packaging development and print production — ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and alignment with business goals Maintain and strengthen visual brand guidelines to ensure consistency across markets and channels Contribute to creative ideation around new categories, formats, and future brand expressions Requirements Who We’re Looking For 5+ years of professional experience in design and illustration Strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in packaging, digital, and illustrated brand systems Extensive experience in packaging production — including dielines, print file setup, and working with vendors to ensure high-quality execution Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma Experience with motion graphics is a plus Proven ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency, organization, and creative rigor Meticulous attention to detail — from typography and layout to color, scale, and consistency Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset — able to work across functions and levels A self-starter who can take a project from brief to final delivery with minimal oversight Benefits Salary ranging from $110,000 - $130,000 based on experience Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision) Monthly Wellness Stipend Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays) Lots of olive oil! #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
