Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Support speech and language development in an elementary school setting within a special education cooperative in Kansas. This full-time or part-time role involves collaborating with students requiring speech-language pathology services across two potential school districts, providing critical support to enhance communication skills and academic success.

Location Options:

• Emporia School District, Emporia, KS
• Morris County School District, Council Grove, KS

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language pathology services to students, ranging from 10-12 to 50-55 students depending on scheduling.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Kansas SLP License required.
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
• Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting.
• Strong skills in assessing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time hours based on district needs.
• Reliable transportation and readiness to work onsite at assigned locations.

Employment Details:

• Contract position from ASAP through May 20, 2026.
• Onsite work required; remote work not available.
• Elementary school environment with supportive teams.
