Schedule: M-F 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (currently running until 5:30 PM)
Pay: $18 – $23 per hour DOE
About the Role:
Trinity Employment Specialists is hiring for structural welders for a manufacturing partner in Sapulpa, OK. This is moderate-skill welding with hands-on testing required. You’ll be producing ladders, safety guards, and other structural components that support large assemblies used in the oil and gas industry.
What You’ll Do:
- Weld structural assemblies such as ladders, guards, and platforms according to specifications
- Perform MIG (GMAW) and/or flux-cored (FCAW) welding in multiple positions (flat, vertical, overhead
- Complete a weld test that includes downhill, overhead, and a T-plate evaluation
- Produce full-wrap welds and ensure structural integrity of components
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
Requirements:
- Previous structural welding experience
- Proficiency with MIG and/or flux-cored wire welding
- Ability to weld in multiple positions
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to read and follow basic drawings and weld symbols
