Position Summary

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including order preparation, shipping activities, and general operational tasks. This role ensures accuracy, organization, and timely processing of all warehouse functions while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Order Preparation (Picking & Packing)

• Assemble customer orders accurately based on pick tickets or digital systems.
• Perform picking using scanners, inventory systems, or printed lists.
• Pack products according to company standards to ensure safe transportation.
• Label boxes and pallets following shipping guidelines.

Shipping & Receiving

• Prepare shipments for carriers: consolidate merchandise, create labels, and coordinate pickup schedules.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Receive incoming materials: verify quantities, inspect conditions, and update system records.
• Communicate with drivers, carriers, and team members to maintain smooth logistics flow.

Warehouse Operations & Maintenance

• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with periodic inventory counts.
• Record inbound and outbound inventory movements accurately.
• Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack—manual or electric) in compliance with safety regulations.
• Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the supervisor.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift boxes or handle merchandise.
• Reliable, organized, and punctual.

Work Environment

• Warehouse setting with regular physical activity.
• Must be able to lift, move, or carry items as needed.
