Direct Hire Nurse Practitioner Role $110,000-$125,000 per year in Round Rock, Texas
Clinical Magnet (Part of ICON Medical) is seeking a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) to join our partner’s mission-driven team in Round Rock, Texas.
This is a FULL-TIME, DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY with a flexible hybrid model and exceptional benefits.
Key Responsibilities for the Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner:
Provide high-quality, compassionate care to an underserved patient population in both in-person and virtual outpatient settings.
Collaborate with patients to develop individualized treatment plans and promote wellness, education, and preventative care.
Participate in a team-based approach to healthcare delivery, working alongside providers, support staff, and community partners.
Deliver care consistent with current standards, including screenings, diagnostics, and follow-up.
Contribute to organizational quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Key Requirements for the WHNP:
Board-certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP)
Active and unencumbered license to practice in the state of Texas
Passion for providing care to underserved communities and removing barriers to access
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and telemedicine platforms
Able to work independently while collaborating within an interdisciplinary team
Experience with community outreach and emergency coordination is a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary up to $125,000 annually
Hybrid work model (partially remote based on virtual patient panel)
