SINHALA TAMIL NEW YEAR CELEBRATION

20^th April 2018: An event was held on in Kilinochchi where Sinhala and Tamil New Year were celebrated bringing together over 50 women and male participants. The women celebrated the New year bringing food prepared by both communities. A seminar was held discuss continuing the networking and promoting an action called journeying for peace and harmony together. This is an annual event IMADR-AC facilitates for every Sinhala-Tamil New Year.
