At First Atlantic Restoration, we help people recover from water, fire, and mold damage with urgency, care, and professionalism. What You'll Do

Work on residential or commercial reconstruction projects throughout Hampton Roads to bring the property back to 'pre-loss condition'.

• Complete carpentry tasks in accordance with a comprehensive scope of work, including but not limited to:
  • Demolition and framing; hang and case doors and windows; install cabinets
  • Install LVP flooring, ceramic tile, trim, baseboard and crown molding
  • Detach and reset cabinets and appliances to include washers, dryers, microwaves, dishwashers and ranges
  • Light plumbing and electrical work
  • Paint and patch drywall
  • Install hardware and perform punch list work as necessary to complete a project
• Conduct detailed material take offs and purchase lumber, hardware, lighting, etc.
• Uphold company standards and ensure high-quality restoration work
• Use a mobile app to document work with photos and notes on every job
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members throughout the project
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations when using power tools and throughout restoration activities

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills and commitment to doing the job right
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for long periods
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
• Comfortable using mobile apps to record information

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
