“GAMI JANAMADALA” (PEOPLE’S ASSEMBLY)

The CRDSL Action organized the people’s assembly meeting in Hambantota titled “Gami Janamadala” (People’s Assembly). This programme was a 2-day programme involving 113 participants from Hambantota and other project locations of the CRDSL Action in Sri Lanka. The programme improved the capacity of youth and women who were the main emphasis of this Action. The People’s Assembly was a colorful event filled with discussions, panel dialogues, drama, drawings, and brought together different artists, activists and the general public including children of the area
